The Confederation of African Football has released the list of nominees for various of the CAF Awards 2018: The Awards Gala, to honour footballers and officials who distinguished themselves during the year under review.
Four of Super Falcons players have been nominated for 2018 Africa Women Player of the Year, namely Onome Ebi, Francisca Ordega, Desire Oparanozie and holder Asisat Oshoala.
The Awards Gala will be held on Tuesday, 8 January 2019 in Dakar, Senegal. Congratulations to our ladies on making the nominations. Winning CAF AWCON title will be a big plus.
