Davido’s One Year Mandatory NYSC Programme Has Been Cancelled

Davido appears to have earned penalty as retribution for an ill-fated attempt to break the rules of the National Youth Service Corp with his disobedience to the scheme’s laws.
The rumor surrounding his short-lived NYSC one year mandatory service programme is that the IF singer is no longer a corper as NYSC may have likely canceled his service.
One Adesegun Adebayo Adeosun had posted his letter of commendation for outstanding performance from NYSC on Instagram and not long after Davido showed up in the comments section with a message that read, “Nah so dem cancel my own.”
Although Davido did not reveal the reason responsible for the cancellation of his programme, it can be recalled that the pop sensation flouted the NYSC rules and regulation a few times.
However, Punch News confirms this in a report on Saturday, December 8, 2018.
The pop star has been accused of going against orders such as bringing his vehicle to the campground as well as getting involved in politics.
As a result, he gets a query from the NYSC headquarters in Abuja for the alleged misconduct.
“The NYSC was constrained to ‘dekit’ Davido for violating the rules guiding conduct and activities in the camp.
“As a matter of fact, he absconded because he was away from the camp without permission. That prompted the Corps to issue him a query which was sent from Abuja. So, he is no longer a serving corps member,” Punch News gathers from a source with the NYSC.
